SnoBalls Plus brings the sweet taste of New Orleans to festivals, community gatherings, and private celebrations with our portable pop-up tent. We are your ultimate concession stand. We specialize in authentic New Orleans–style snoballs—shaved to a soft, snow-like texture and topped with a wide variety of classic, flavorful syrups. Guests get to create their own refreshing treat by choosing from beloved New Orleans favorite toppings.

In addition to our signature snoballs, SnoBalls Plus also offers crowd-pleasing concessions such as nachos, chili dogs, cotton candy and more, making us a one-stop spot for fun, festive eats.
